Information we collect
Checkout may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and payment-related information. We also receive information you send to customer support and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
How information is used
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain site security, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve store operations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the email link on the homepage to store an address on this site; it simply opens your email application.
Cart storage and service providers
The shopping bag uses local browser storage so it can remain available on your device. Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Hosting, security, fulfillment, delivery, and professional-service providers may handle only the information needed to perform their work for SynaptIQ or comply with law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not email card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
Your choices
You can clear the saved shopping bag through your browser storage controls. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with you, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Additional rights may apply where you live.
Children and policy updates
The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the store or applicable requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
