Simple terms for using SynaptIQ.
Effective August 2, 2026. These terms apply when you visit synaptiq.works or place an order through the SynaptIQ storefront.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful, personal shopping and informational purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or checkout.
Product and wellness information
SynaptIQ products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Site content is general information and is not medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Read the physical product label before use; that label controls if site copy differs from the product you receive.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and tax are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payment information; SynaptIQ does not store complete card details. An order is accepted when checkout is completed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
The shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms. Free standard U.S. shipping applies at the threshold shown on the storefront. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur after an order leaves fulfillment.
Ownership and permitted use
The SynaptIQ name, visual identity, product imagery, copy, and site design are owned by or licensed to SynaptIQ. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party services, including Stripe, remain subject to their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SynaptIQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
